Welcome to NabFind.com (“NabFind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NabFind.com and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account or using NabFind, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use NabFind.

1. What NabFind Is

NabFind is a platform designed to help people find things they are looking for.

Users may post wanted requests, offers, listings, information, and other content. Other users may respond, connect, make offers, or otherwise interact regarding requested items.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, NabFind is a platform that facilitates connections between users. NabFind is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, owner, or shipper of items listed or discussed by users.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information
Maintaining the security of your account
Keeping your login credentials confidential
Activities that occur under your account

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

NabFind may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risks for other users or the Platform.

3. User Content

You may post content including:

Wanted item requests
Listings
Product descriptions
Photos
Comments
Messages
Other information

You retain ownership of content you create and post.

However, by posting content on NabFind, you grant NabFind a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify for technical purposes, and otherwise use your content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to post any content you submit.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use NabFind to:

Commit fraud or scams
Misrepresent yourself or an item
Post false or misleading information
Sell stolen property
Infringe intellectual property rights
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Post illegal content
Collect user information without authorization
Send spam or unsolicited advertisements
Attempt to bypass security measures
Interfere with the operation of the Platform
Create fraudulent accounts or manipulate platform activity

We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion when we believe activity violates these Terms or creates risk for the Platform or its users.

5. Transactions Between Users

Users may independently negotiate purchases, sales, trades, or other arrangements.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise by NabFind:

NabFind is not a party to transactions between users.
NabFind does not guarantee that an item exists or is accurately described.
NabFind does not guarantee payment.
NabFind does not guarantee shipping or delivery.
NabFind does not guarantee product quality or authenticity.
NabFind does not guarantee that users will complete transactions.

Users are responsible for performing their own due diligence before sending money, shipping items, sharing personal information, or entering into agreements.

6. User Safety

You are responsible for exercising caution when interacting with other users.

NabFind recommends that users:

Verify the identity and reputation of the person they are dealing with
Use secure payment methods
Avoid sending money to unknown individuals without appropriate protections
Use caution when meeting in person
Keep sensitive personal and financial information private

NabFind cannot guarantee the behavior, identity, intentions, or reliability of any user.

7. Listings and Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Unless otherwise stated, NabFind is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the manufacturers or brands referenced by users on the Platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Fees and Paid Services

NabFind may offer paid features, subscriptions, advertising, promotions, or other services.

Prices and terms for paid services will be disclosed before payment is required.

Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated otherwise, payments for services may be non-refundable.

We may suspend or terminate your access to NabFind if we reasonably believe that:

You violated these Terms
You engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity
You created risk or potential legal liability
Your use of the Platform negatively affects other users or NabFind

You may stop using NabFind at any time.

Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply after your account is terminated.

10. Third-Party Services

NabFind may use or link to third-party services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, products, or content. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

NABFIND IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NABFIND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR ACCURACY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NABFIND AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

LOST PROFITS
LOST DATA
FAILED TRANSACTIONS
FRAUD BY OTHER USERS
PRODUCT DEFECTS
PERSONAL OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS
ACTIONS OF THIRD PARTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NABFIND’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID NABFIND FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NabFind and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Your content
Your transactions with other users
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable law
Your violation of another person’s rights

14. Changes to NabFind

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time.

We are not responsible for any loss resulting from changes to or discontinuation of Platform features.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The “Last Updated” date will indicate when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of NabFind after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of NabFind will be subject to applicable laws and the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
